Admission Process
📝 Step 1: Registration
Timeline: Registration for all classes generally begins in the month of September each year.
Application: Parents can collect the Prospectus and Registration Form directly from the school office between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m..
Fee: The registration and prospectus fee is ₹3,000 (non-refundable).
👶 Step 2: Admission Criteria by Grade Level
1. Play Group / Kindergarten Classes (Pre-Nursery to KG-II)
Admission to the early years relies on age eligibility and a formal family interaction:
Age Requirements (as of April 1st of the intake year):
Pre-Nursery: 2 to 3 Years
Nursery: 3 to 4 Years
KG-I: 4 to 5 Years
KG-II: 5 to 6 Years
Evaluation: Registered parents will be invited for an interaction with the Principal. Both parents and the child must be present for this meeting. No formal written tests are conducted for this age bracket.
2. Grades I to VIII
Entrance Evaluation: Registered candidates must sit for a written entrance examination. The school provides the syllabus beforehand and schedules the evaluation date.
Subjects Evaluated: For middle school entry (Grades IV–VIII), testing primarily focuses on English, Mathematics, and E.V.S./Science.
3. Grades IX and XI
Admissions strictly follow CBSE guidelines and depend entirely on seat availability.
For provisional admission into Grade XI (based on Grade X internal/pre-board scores), the school mandates the following minimum academic cuts:
Science Stream: 60% aggregate overall + 60% individually in Math and Science.
Commerce Stream: Above 50% aggregate overall + 50% in Mathematics.
Humanities Stream: 50% aggregate overall.
📂 Step 3: Required Documents & Finalization
Once a student clears the interaction or written evaluation and admission is formally approved, parents are required to complete all payment and documentation formalities within one week.
The documents required at the time of admission include:
Photocopy of the child's Birth Certificate
Original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last school attended
Detailed Mark Sheet / Report Card of the previous qualifying class
Valid Proof of Residence (e.g., Aadhaar card, electricity bill, passport)
