Admission Steps

1. Online Registration
   • Fill out the registration form on the official DPS Ludhiana website.
   • Pay the ₹2,500 Registration & Processing Fee online.
   • The registration fee is non-refundable.
2. Upload Documents
   Required documents include:
   • Municipal Corporation/Government-issued Birth Certificate
   • Address proof
   • Caste certificate, if applicable
   • Student Aadhaar, if available
   • Previous report card for Class II and above
   • Proof of current enrolment for Class II and above.
3. Introduction Session
   • Both parents and the child are required to attend.
   • Local candidates attend physically at the school.
   • Outstation candidates may be eligible for an online session if they provide valid residence proof.
4. Admission Assessment
   • For Classes VI–IX, an admission assessment is conducted.
   • It covers English, Hindi, Mathematics and Science.
   • The assessment is based on the NCERT syllabus of the previous class.
5. Admission Result
   • Results are communicated online.
   • For the current 2027–28 schedule, results are scheduled for 15 October 2026.
6. Fee Payment & Admission Formalities
   • Selected students must pay the prescribed admission fees within the specified deadline.
   • Parents then complete the remaining admission formalities at the school.
   • An e-NACH mandate is required for recurring fee payments.
